30 Things To Do At Disney World: Pirates of the Caribbean!

Yo Ho, Yo Ho, a Pirates Life for Me!

The Pirates of the Caribbean is my favorite ride at the Magic Kingdom, better then Splash Mountain, better then Space Mountain, better then Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, and even better then its a small world.

When it comes to Pirates, this attraction has so much going for it.  For starters, it’s got a great queue — walking through the line is a trip out of today, and into yesterday, when Pirates roamed the earth and caused all sorts of chaos.

After the queue, which has it’s own surprises, especially with the chess-playing pirates, you board your boat to take a ride that will take you right into the movie!

Who hasn’t ridden Pirates of the Caribbean?  If you haven’t, don’t miss out on this attraction the next time you are at Disney!

I just wanted to say how much I have loved the 30 things to do posts. We booked our bagillionth trip – going in October – and this has been so fun for me to follow along and get even more excited. I am also very appreciative of your posts regarding volunteering and your Christian aspects/beliefs. I hope you and your family have the greatest time on your next trip!!

Hello Meghan! I wanted to take a moment and thank you for your incredibly kind words! I originally started My Dreams Of Disney as a way of documenting the memories of trips past, but it became a fun endeavor, and I am thankful to each and every one of our readers. Thank you for following along on our Disney journeys, and I hope you have a wonderful trip in October!
