August 6, 2007, we were visiting Walt Disney World for the first time where we stayed on property, and “back in the day,” Disney’s Animal Kingdom had evening Extra Magic Hours, although they were limited in scope to what you could do. We were at Dinoland, U.S.A., when we just happened to come upon a block party right there in the middle of the area, around the location by Primeval Whirl and the Boneyard. It was dark out, the music was going, and right there in the middle were Chip & Dale and Goofy! It was an incredibly fun evening, late enough to experience a different side of Disney, but not so late that our little six year old would be overtired the next day. These pictures I have are the cream of the crop from that party, I hope you enjoy them!
